  • Responsible for managing strategic customer accounts at a national level, maximising all opportunities for sales within the accounts
  • Networking within national accounts in order to secure all business opportunities and cross sell all services and products
  • Driving sales through excellent relationship building with business customers
  • Face to face presentations using a creative approach for business customers
  • Attain gross profit growth year on year through increase of revenue and profitability
  • Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively
  • Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by national accounts
  • Taking a proactive approach to accounts management
  • Arranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer
  • To monitor and control the profit margin of each business customer and devise plans to improve and/or stabilise profitability for the lifetime of the contract
  • Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual growth and retention targets
  • Further enhance client database and increase revenue and market share by developing appropriate accounts development strategies
  • Provide weekly sales activity reports and monthly sales review to management
  • Negotiation of contract renewals


  • Native official language of your country
  • Fluent English or Fluent Russian
  • Understanding IT, SaaS and tourism areas
  • Previous experience managing national accounts for IT, SaaS or tourism areas
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
  • Well-organize, pro-activity, initiative, high workability, performance, responsibility, accuracy, pedantry
  • Good communication skills
